Privacy policy

BezBırak is a logging, forecast and alarm app for families going through potty training, developed by Roof Stacks. This policy explains what we collect and why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Roof Stacks is the data controller.

What we collect

Account: your email address, the name your family sees, your language and how you sign in (Apple, Google or an email code). We don't store passwords.
Child: your child's name (or a nickname you choose), age range, diaper-free start date and daily routine (wake-up, nap and bedtime).
Logs: pee, poo, accident, try, drink and meal entries with their times and details such as place and duration, day notes and family members' reactions.
Family: the people in your family, their roles, turn hours, alarm and snooze records.
Device: your phone's push token, platform and time zone, so we can send notifications.
Subscription: your family's trial or subscription status and end date. Payment goes through Apple or Google; we never see your card.
Usage data (optional): only if "Share usage data" is on in Settings, anonymous events about which screens and features are used. Your child's name, note text and entry times are never part of these events.

We don't ask for location, contacts, photos or microphone access.

How we use it

To sync logs between your family members' phones.
To forecast the next potty time and send the alarm and reminders to whoever's turn it is.
To prepare in-app summaries such as the weekly summary and progress flags.
To manage the trial and subscription.
To answer support requests and keep the app secure.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with ad networks.

Who we share it with

Your family: logs, notes and turns are visible only to people in the same family. You and your family's admins decide who joins.
Service providers: Supabase (hosting), Apple (APNs) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for notifications, RevenueCat for subscription validation and our email provider for sign-in codes. They process data only to provide the service.
Legal requirements: lawful requests from competent authorities.

Some providers are located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Logs are kept as long as your account and family exist.
Entries, notes and children you delete are permanently removed within 30 days. Alarm and notification records are also removed after 30 days.
When you delete your account it is deleted right away and you leave your families. Other family members keep seeing the entries you made under "Former member". If nobody else is left in a family, the family, its children and all its logs are deleted too.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. You can download your log as PDF or CSV in Settings → Privacy and data → Download log and delete your account yourself in Settings → account card → Delete account. For anything else, write to [email protected].

Children

BezBırak is made for parents and caregivers; children don't use the app or have accounts. Information about a child is entered only by the parent or by people the family's admins let in.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). In the database each family can reach only its own data.
