By using BezBırak you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Roof Stacks.

The service

BezBırak helps you log potty training, forecast the next potty time from your child's rhythm and share alarms in turns within your family. Forecasts are based on past entries and may not always be right.

Not medical advice

BezBırak is not a health service and doesn't provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or toilet habits, talk to a paediatrician.

Account and family

• You must be over 18 and have a valid account to use the app.
• You and your family's admins are responsible for who you invite to see and add entries. You can remove someone from the family at any time.
• You're responsible for keeping your account safe. Let us know if you notice unauthorised use.

Trial and subscription

• A 72-hour free trial starts the first time the Today screen opens after setup. No card is needed and the trial doesn't turn into a paid subscription on its own.
• After the trial, features such as the forecast, alarms, family and history need a monthly or yearly subscription. You can keep logging without one.
• One subscription covers the whole family.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, access other people's accounts without permission or try to disrupt the service. If these rules are broken we may suspend or close the account.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service with care but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Notifications and alarms depend on your phone's settings, battery and network. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll announce significant changes in the app; continuing to use it after an update means you accept the new terms.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → account card → Delete account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription; cancel it separately in the store.
