When does the forecast start?

In the first days BezBırak reminds you at intervals based on your daily routine. As you log for a few days it learns your child's rhythm and forecasts the next potty time from the entries. The more regularly you log, the more accurate it gets.

Why didn't the alarm ring?

• The alarm rings only for whoever's turn it is at that time. Check the turn hours on the Family screen.
• Make sure notification and alarm permissions are on (Settings → Reminders and alarms).
• On Android, battery saving can stop the app; exclude BezBırak from battery restrictions.

How do I add someone to my family?

Create an invite on the Family screen and share the link or code. The invited person installs the app, taps "I have an invite" and enters the code.

Does one subscription cover the whole family?

Yes. One person's subscription applies to everyone in the family.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.

I got a new phone. What happens to my logs?

Your logs are stored in your account. On the new phone, tap "I have an account, sign in" and sign in the same way (Apple, Google or email).

How do I delete my account?

Settings → account card → Delete account. Details are in the privacy policy.
